6. User Obligations

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure

- Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
- Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
- Player-requested self-exclusion under the cv999a Responsible Gaming policy
8.2 Effect of Account Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by cv999a or by the Player — any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings generated through bonus activity that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
8.3 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion
